I'm Nick Larcombe. I build products, systems, and ideas at the intersection of energy and technology.

Most of my work sits close to infrastructure, software, and energy markets, with a bias toward things that are practical, useful, and built to last.

This site is a home for writing, project notes, and a few archived pieces from earlier chapters, including the 2019 campaign site.

I'm based in Australia and interested in long-horizon projects, public policy, and the tools that help people think clearly.
